Space-planning solutions

The clients really wanted to have a walk-in wardrobe next to the entrance and a place to store bicycles. That’s why a through walk-in wardrobe appeared — you can walk through it or wheel the bikes in; this volume is highlighted with a dark colour and textured finish.
The apartment also includes a kitchen, living room, a loggia with a workspace, a bathroom and a guest WC with an interior window to the kitchen, a children’s room and a bedroom.
The common areas are located closer to the entrance, while the bedroom block, as the private zone, is placed as far from the entrance as possible.

Style and colour scheme

The style of the apartment can be described as minimalism with elements of colour-blocking. Against the backdrop of white walls and light flooring, bright contrasting accents appear; individual zones are highlighted with vivid colours: yellow, blue, graphite.
