Space-planning solutions

The main task set by the clients was to turn a three-room apartment into a four-room one. At the same time, we managed to create a spacious kitchen–living room, two bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe.
The volumetric and space-planning solution follows a U-shaped layout, with movement from public to private areas.

Kitchen–living room

Here the kitchen is combined with the living room, but still highlighted as a separate zone. The kitchen area is distinguished not only functionally, but also visually — with oak-veneered panels and a dropped ceiling, which conceals the air-conditioning system. At the centre of the composition is an island with a breakfast bar.
On one axis we aligned the block of bathrooms, the corridors and the dining area. This axis is also supported by the interior window into one of the bathrooms.
The use of natural materials and earthy colours allows us to define the style of this project as eco-minimalism.

Bathroom and WC

The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Children’s rooms

The clients have two children, so there are two kids’ rooms. Since the children are still small, one room now serves as a children’s bedroom and the second as a playroom.

Bedroom

The master bedroom is relatively compact — it contains only what is necessary: the bed, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers with a dressing table.
