Interior Design Concept

The location of the house had a decisive impact on the interior concept. The house is situated on the Black Sea coast, on a steep slope, with an excellent sea view. Only natural materials were used in the interior — wood, natural stone, natural fabrics. Every detail here echoes nature: the soft, flowing lines of the furniture are in tune with the curves of the coastal hills, and the palette recalls the sea and shoreline.
This is a place created not just for living, but for contemplation — for those who can listen to the wind, see beauty in simplicity, and draw inspiration from every moment.
Most of the ground floor is occupied by the shared area, which includes the main living room, dining room, kitchen and entrance hall with a staircase. The ground floor also contains the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, the entry hall and a guest WC. The living room has large sliding glazing and corner windows. Outside, directly opposite the living room, there is a swimming pool.
On the first floor (upper level) there is a second living room, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, two guest bedrooms, and a guest WC.

Entrance hall: comfort and thought-out layout from the first steps

As you enter the house, you are welcomed by a functional and cosy entrance hall with generous storage. The layout is organised so that when you move into the main ground-floor space you do not have to walk through the storage area — everything is designed for convenience and visual clarity.
A unified palette of materials and tones — wood, light stone, textiles — links the entrance with the rest of the interior, creating a sense of continuity and harmony from the very first minutes in the house.

Master bedroom: a space of quiet and seclusion

The master bedroom features a restrained, calm colour scheme that creates an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. Fabric wall panels highlight the wall planes and the bedhead, adding depth and a tactile warmth to the space.
The walk-in wardrobe and bathroom are separated from the bedroom by a partition with smart glass — when opaque it provides privacy, and when transparent it visually expands the space.
The bathroom is finished in natural travertine — both floor and walls — giving it expressiveness and a natural aesthetic, in line with the overall interior style.

Daughter’s bedroom: light, air and a sense of ease

The daughter’s bedroom is located on the upper floor and has direct access to a spacious terrace — a personal, light-filled outdoor area.
The room is adjoined by a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. The interior is done in a light, soft palette with flowing lines and tactile surfaces — everything here is tuned to rest, quiet and comfort.
The bathroom is finished in elegant white marble, which clads the floor and walls, bringing a sense of cleanliness, cool lightness and refined simplicity.

Son’s bedroom: character, rhythm and contemporary aesthetics

The son’s bedroom is also on the upper floor and has access to its own terrace, creating a feeling of privacy and freedom.
Here we used more contrasting combinations and expressive materials. The ceiling and upper part of the walls are finished with decorative plaster with a concrete texture, giving the room a contemporary, slightly brutal character. A well-thought-out lighting system allows you to change the light colour and adapt the atmosphere to the mood.
The bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The bathroom is finished with grey limestone and marble, which emphasises restraint, understated elegance and coherence with the architectural concept of the house.

Second living room: privacy, views and relaxation

On the upper floor there is another living room — a more intimate lounge space. It features a comfortable sofa area, a bar counter and access to an open terrace with picturesque views.

Guest bedrooms

The house has two guest bedrooms, each designed with the same attention to detail as the main living areas. A light palette, natural materials and minimal décor.
The interiors are not overloaded — everything is aimed at creating a sense of ease, seclusion and comfort. The rooms can be easily adapted for different scenarios — for a short visit or a longer stay.

Private lounge (cigar room)

On the ground floor there is a separate small study. It is a space where you can work, relax or spend the evening with a cigar. The interior is designed in a calm, more masculine key: deeper tones, tactile materials, carefully planned lighting.

Guest bathrooms

Each floor has guest bathrooms, and each of them is finished in the materials used in the shared areas on that floor.
