Space planning and furniture layout

Classrooms

The design of each classroom type reflects its function. Some classrooms are equipped with modular desks, which make it possible to organise the learning process depending on the task — for example, to group students for laboratory work.
The classrooms were also intended to be more transformable: some of them are connected to each other with glass partitions.

Canteen and cafeteria

The task here was to move away from the standard look of a school canteen in a public institution and create a more pleasant, café-like atmosphere. Separate tables, a bar counter and lounge seating create a positive environment and offer different usage scenarios. Acoustic panels and the open-cell (grilyato) ceiling help to absorb the noise typical for large canteens.

Recreation zones and entrance lobby

Some of the recreation areas were to be transformable into spaces for lectures and workshops. Therefore, movable glass partitions were provided here. There are no typical solutions: each recreation area is designed differently, and the furniture sets there offer different scenarios of use.
