Project concept
The project was developed for the 2020 All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment and became one of the winners.
The concept provides for dividing the park territory into three thematic zones: an event/landscape zone, a children’s and family zone, and an administrative/ceremonial zone.

This division was influenced by the existing layout and zoning of the park, as well as the current location of the Palace of Culture, the open-air amphitheatre (to be restored), and the Church of the Dormition.
