Riverfront Residential Complex Architectural Concept

The residential complex is located in the backwater of Zeleny Island on the right bank of the Irtysh River in Omsk. It consists of three almost identical blocks. Each block is formed by an L-shaped sectional building of variable height (10, 13 and 16 storeys) and a 16-storey tower, with an underground car park.

For this residential complex our bureau developed the façade solutions. Since the building had already received a positive expert review and was originally designed in precast reinforced concrete — with even the external walls being load-bearing — almost nothing in the structure could be changed, except for the façade finishes.
The façade materials include fibre-concrete panels in different colours, brick, and metal composite panels.
