Space-planning solutions

The building accommodates offices and serviced apartments. It consists of two parts: an underground level (parking) occupying almost the entire site, with a separate ramp and escape staircase from the underground part, and an above-ground part — a single-section 18-storey tower.
On the lower floors there are cafés, restaurants and retail. Above them are offices, and above the offices are the apartments. Offices and apartments have entrances from different sides of the building, each with its own lobby and lifts. Between the office floors and the apartment floors, at mid-height, there is a landscaped terrace.
The top two floors with apartments have increased floor-to-ceiling height, and the apartments on the top floor have their own roof terrace.

Façade

The façade has a three-part composition. The office and apartment levels are visually separated by the terrace on the 10th floor, while the lower part — with commercial premises such as cafés, restaurants and shops — has a different façade articulation.
